The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (Bill HR5136) is the bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2011 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.

Rare Earth Materials in the Defense Supply Chain
Today, the US Government Accountability Office announced its response to the the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (Pub. L. No. 111-84), which required GAO to submit a report on rare earth materials in the defense supply chain to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives by April 1, 2010.
